Users accessing b9gam from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

b9gam accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank internet banking, and USDT via the TRC-20 network. b9gam does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the b9gam account.

All bets placed on b9gam are subject to acceptance by b9gam's system. b9gam reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — bets placed after an event has commenced when the platform has not yet updated odds to reflect this, bets placed on obviously erroneous odds resulting from a technical error, and bets that exceed the stated maximum stake for the relevant market.
In-play and live betting markets on b9gam, including PSL cricket matches, UFC bouts, and other live events, are subject to rapid odds changes. It is the user's responsibility to confirm that the odds displayed at the time of bet placement reflect the odds at which the bet was accepted. b9gam's system timestamp constitutes the definitive record of the odds at which any bet was accepted.
All casino games and slot titles available on b9gam are provided by certified third-party game studios. Each game's RTP (Return to Player) percentage is independently certified. b9gam is not responsible for game malfunctions caused by the third-party game providers, though b9gam will reasonably assist users in raising disputes with providers where a malfunction has affected a real-money wager. In the event of a system error, technical malfunction, or communications failure that affects the integrity of a bet or game round, b9gam reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. This applies regardless of whether the error appeared to favour the house or the player. Winnings generated through a demonstrably erroneous system state are not valid and will not be paid.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by b9gam are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between the individual promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the individual promotion terms shall prevail in respect of the specific promotion.
Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be transferred to the real-money balance or withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods are specified in each promotion's terms.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the b9gam platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any b9gam content without express written permission from b9gam.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b9gam's total aggregate liability to any user arising out of or in connection with the use of the b9gam platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
b9gam shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses or damages of any nature, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or any other indirect or consequential loss, even if b9gam had been advised of the possibility of such losses.
b9gam does not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from interruption of service, system maintenance, technical failure, internet connectivity issues, events of force majeure, or third-party game provider malfunctions.
Gambling involves inherent financial risk. b9gam does not guarantee that any user will profit from use of the platform. Users participate in all games and betting markets entirely at their own risk.
b9gam reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (including but not limited to):
Users may close their b9gam account at any time by submitting a closure request through the live chat support channel. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be processed and any active bonus balance is forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the user via their last used verified payment method within ten (10) business days of confirmed account closure.
Upon account closure or termination, the user's licence to access and use b9gam is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including but not limited to Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, and 14.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of b9gam's international gaming license, without reference to conflict of law principles.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, users must first raise the matter with b9gam's customer support team, which will endeavour to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of the dispute being formally registered. b9gam's transaction records, system logs, and game data constitute the primary evidentiary record for all dispute assessments.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through b9gam's internal resolution process may be submitted to binding arbitration. Class action claims are expressly waived by all users of the b9gam platform to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
b9gam reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, b9gam will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice to registered users via the mobile number or email address on file prior to the changes taking effect.
Non-material clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or updates necessitated by changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication on the b9gam platform.
The date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version became effective. Your continued use of b9gam after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using b9gam and close your account in accordance with Section 13.2.
